This website is operated by North West Collectibles. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to North West Collectibles. By visiting our website and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

These terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers and customers. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

1. ONLINE STORE TERMS

By placing an order with North West Collectibles, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete and that you are legally capable of entering into a contract.

You must not use our products or website for any unlawful purpose.

2. PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, photographs, prices and availability accurately. Colours and appearance may vary depending on your device or display.

Collectible products and packaging can sometimes have minor manufacturing or distribution imperfections. Where the condition of a particular item is important, please contact us before ordering if you require further information.

3. ORDERS

After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, there has been an obvious pricing or listing error, payment cannot be authorised, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, any amount due back to you will be refunded to the original payment method.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges, where applicable, will be shown during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Payment must be successfully authorised before an order is dispatched.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are delivered using the shipping options shown at checkout. Any delivery estimates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are correct when ordering. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible.

6. RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Returns, cancellations and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy and applicable UK consumer law.

Nothing in these Terms of Service limits or excludes any statutory rights that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

7. DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT GOODS

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, not as described or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The content of this website, including our North West Collectibles branding, website design, text and original content, may not be copied, reproduced or used without permission except where permitted by law.

Third-party names, trademarks, product images and branding remain the property of their respective owners. North West Collectibles is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by The Pokémon Company unless expressly stated otherwise.
